My favorite course at UIC so far has been Political Data Analysis because I really enjoyed learning about quantitative methods and gained hands-on experience with SPSS, a powerful tool for statistical analysis and data visualization.
Data and AI are at least a large portion of the future of technology, so anyone in or around a tech major should learn as much as they can.
I would encourage anyone to learn about data and artificial intelligence so that they can understand how it can be used to positively affect their community.
