My name is Tomas, and I am from the Czech Republic. I lived, studied, and worked in Manchester, UK, before moving to Chicago in 2023 to join UIC’s PhD program in the Department of Computer Science. I’m passionate about climbing, esports, and tacos. Along with my wife, I share my home with the most nefarious orange cat, Rio. At Chicago Tech Circle, I contribute to designing the CS 218 curriculum.
